1. Booking & payment
By placing an order on SkyFrame, you agree to pay the listed package price in full at checkout. Bookings are confirmed once payment is processed. I will reach out within 48 hours to schedule a shoot date.
2. Weather & rescheduling
All shoots are weather-dependent. If conditions are unsafe or unsuitable for aerial photography, I will reschedule at no extra charge. You may reschedule once free of charge with at least 24 hours notice.
3. Cancellations & refunds
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled shoot are fully refundable. Cancellations within 48 hours of the shoot are non-refundable but may be applied as credit toward a future booking.
4. Delivery
Final edited files are delivered via a private download link, typically within 7 days of the shoot. You receive full-resolution photos and/or video as described in the package.
5. Usage rights
Your photos are yours to enjoy and share. Once your shoot is delivered, you (and your realtor) get a generous, non-exclusive licence to use the photos and videos however you need — personal use, real estate listings, social media, and business marketing tied to the property are all included, with no extra fees and no expiry.
To keep things fair for everyone, we retain the underlying copyright to the work we create, so the files aren't resold, sublicensed, or handed off to third-party companies without a quick heads-up to us first. We may also feature your finished photos in our portfolio and social channels to help other homeowners discover us — if you'd ever prefer we don't, just let us know and we'll happily keep your shoot private.
6. Property access & safety
You confirm you have authority to permit drone operation at the property address provided. All flights are conducted with a sub-250g drone in line with applicable Transport Canada rules for micro drones.
