What is included in each package?

All packages include edited 4K aerial photos delivered via a private download link. The Standard package adds more angles and top-downs. Premium includes a cinematic 30-second video and social-ready clips.

How long does delivery take?

Most shoots are edited and delivered within 7 days. Premium packages may take a few extra days due to video editing.

What if the weather is bad?

All shoots are weather-dependent. If wind, rain, or low light would hurt the quality, I reschedule at no charge.

Do you travel outside Ottawa?

I cover Ottawa and the surrounding region. Travel beyond ~15 km may incur a small flat fee — ask when booking.

Can I use the photos for my listing or social media?

Yes. Once delivered, you get a broad non-exclusive licence to use the photos for the property's listing, personal use, and social media.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations more than 48 hours before the shoot are fully refundable. Within 48 hours, the booking is non-refundable but can be applied as credit toward a future shoot.
