What I collect
When you book a shoot I collect your name, email, phone, property address, preferred date, and any notes you share. Payment details (card number, billing address) are collected directly by Stripe — they never touch SkyFrame's servers.
How I use it
Your information is used solely to schedule and deliver your shoot: contacting you, planning the flight, and sending the final files. I don't sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing.
Payment processing
Payments are processed by Stripe. Their privacy policy applies to card data: stripe.com/privacy.
Data retention
Booking records are kept for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal/tax obligations (typically 7 years for invoicing). You may request deletion of personal data at any time, subject to those obligations.
Photos of your property
Delivered files are yours. I may use unidentifiable samples (no addresses, no interiors at recognizable angles) in my portfolio — let me know in your booking notes if you'd rather I didn't.
